Idea #4: "Sly 4: The Return of Sly Cooper"

This time around we feature the red-hair stepchild of the SONY mascot family, Sly Cooper. Spoilers for the entire series are behind the jump beak -- so don't say "I didn't warm you"




Name: "Sly 4: The Return of Sly Cooper"

Plot: It's been three months since Le Paradox's defeat and the disappearance of Sly Cooper. Bentley had no luck on finding him and decide to try to find out the true reason for  Penelope's betray against the Cooper Gang by visiting her mansion in the Hollands. He only finds a white-furred female raccoon  sleeping in a unfinished meal. Bentley is not surprise to see Cooper Clan DNA in the white-furred raccoon or that the unfinished meal had a sleeping potion. But when he gets the name, he's shock -- the raccoon calls herself Penelope Von Cooper, Otto Von Cooper's granddaughter and Sly Cooper's cousin. Bentley tells the reasons for his drop in. and she exploded -- no one fakes a Cooper Clan member or betray a Cooper Gang -- not even Dr. Miles Mayhem a.k.a Dr. M (the final boss of Sly 3). She thinks she know who might have fake her -- a mystery mastermind only know as Dr. Pire. Bentley notes that one on either side of the law knows who Dr. Pire really is. She gives Bentley few missing pages from the Theivus Racoonus, the Cooper Clan's book of thieving knowledge of being master thieves.  -- Sly's father's laser slide pages and a page where Sly Cooper written a map of an ancient Eygpt tomb. She calls in friend -- who happens to Jing King who joins (a long time favor for Miss Von Cooper and she still owns Sly for helping her father saving her.) Jing King gets Murray. Miss Von Cooper gets Dimtri. Bentley gets Inspector Fox.  Murray gets the Guru.

Miss Von Cooper gets a idea to pay a visit to the Cooper Clan's vault. This vault visit is your tutorial level as par for the course. Miss Von Cooper gives your the tutorial though her thoughts. At the end, they discover the leftovers of a robot in the shape of Dr. Mayhem and a complete Book of the Dead that was once stolen from Clockwerk back in ancient Egyptian time. Using this book, the gang travel back to Ancient Egyptian. They meet a greedy ex-starlet smug snake, Kaa, who had become the new Pharaoh of the land. The gang finds Sly Cooper, his ancestor in this time period -- Slythukham I, gets a Jackal costume which works the same way as the Saber-Tooth Tiger skin, and send Kaa back to prison in the future. After the battle, Sly discovers: a note reveals that Sly reveals during the episode's ending cut scene that Le Paradox had a group of 10 bad guys and on his last time trip he only defeat 5 as well as a pirate's compass.  They add Bentley's larger prototype time machine to their pirate ship they got during Sly 3.

Miss Von Cooper switches roles with Dimitri for the next episode as group head Blood Bath Bay at the time of Henriette "One Eye" Cooper. They learn Skull Keep is her base operation for her and her crew -- you just have to talk to one of them. In honor of both Black Eye Pete and Crankous Tim, they had ancestor under the same name.. The gang learn that Anna Le Paradox, Cyrllic's daughter who had been keeping track of Le Paradox and his crew, is after Salim's legendary goblet to buy the museum away from the government and get her father's Syndicate back in business -along the way of stopping Anna -- Sly gets the Moon Spirit costume. This Moon Spirit costume allows Sly to become invisible to all guards . Anna is defeated and given to the Royal Navy but not before she places a British red coat in Bentley's time machine.

On arrival in Colonial American, the gang learn that Anna sneaked the British red coat. Lucky, they is a Cooper Clan member in this time period, Lord Troy Cooper, who is having trouble with Sir Raleigh the Frog. Along the way, Sly gets an Indian costume allow him to throw tomahawks. The gang learn that Raleigh is working with Le Paradox to help the British win the Washington's Rebellion a.k.a the American War of Independence. A mission allows Sly to steal a pulp novel.  Sometime later, the gang beat Raleigh and his high-tech tank and get a novel.

The pulp novel was written by Otto Von Cooper. So the gang sends sometime working on more six more plans and travel back to the time the time of the Otto Von Cooper. The gang work on trying to stop Dakka, an ex-army dill segment from preventing Otto from winning the first ever ACES contest. As they do that, Sly gets a costume that allows him to hammer things which soons allow him to hammer the Dakka into defeat.

The gang gets a bagpipes which sends allow the group to reach the time of Slaigh MacCooper. The long the way, they find out that fake Miss Von Cooper is here and Sly regains both his Archer costume and his Thief outfit from Sly 4. In the confront with fake Miss Von Cooper  who reveals herself to Dr. Pire, a bat explain she didn't really care about the Cooper Clan, the Cooper Canes, or lying to everyone -- just as long as she can analyze someone that have the same wave length as herself. See below the shocking reveal......

Sly: You are a complete monster just like Clockwerk.
Dr. Pire: How did you know.....
Clockwerk: ...OUR TRUE NAME?
Murray: Sweet Strawberry Shortcake!

Dr. Pire escape while the gang had to deal with Clockwerk. Sly is able to disconnect him though at the cost of putting Inspector Fox in a comma.

The gang return to the present and track down Clockwerk to his other lab in Russia. Durning  the final battlen, Clockwerk is accidently fused with his robot body/time machine and eject too much time energy for the group to safety eliminated him for good -- so the gang escape. Sly kicks himself until Inspector Fox recalls that she destroyed Clockwerk's hate chip a few years back. Meanwhile Miss Von Cooper and Bentley become an item.

A 100% game will reveal that Clockwerk ended up in the stone age with memory loss.
